Today, all my FYP mates went to NUH very early in the morning.. But I was still late for it coz I stay nearer to NUH ma.. so a bit slack lar... Coz this was my first time to NUH, as the previous attempt I was not ard. therefore was not being at the catering side. Hmm.. it was quite amazing for me to see how the hospital function. the kitchen at the catering department was huge.. It had 3 department... like western, muslim n chinese. The speed that they were going for the plating of the foods were so fast. If i was there, i think there would be errors everywhere lor.. :) . |
